As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients as they go through their recovery journey. Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing client rooms, common areas, and office spaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials, such as soiled linens and waste, in accordance with safety protocols.
- Follow infection control and sanitation procedures to maintain a hygienic and safe environment.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the maintenance team or supervisor.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and request replacements as necessary.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a coordinated and clean facility.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect clients, staff, and property.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift and move moderately heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is a plus.
