- Management of employee relations, conducting investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations when necessary.
- Offer day-to-day performance management guidance to management, including coaching, counseling, and career development.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Benefits coordination, processing and creating resources that enhance understanding of the company's benefits package.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Associates degree in business, Human Resources or related program (or equivalent education and experience).
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines and relevant employment laws.
- Thorough understanding of dispute resolution and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Three years of HR experience.
- Experience in employee relations, leave of absence, and benefits management.
- PHR or SHRM-CP Certification or testing within 6 months.
- Spanish/English bilingual proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification
- Experience in a healthcare clinic or FHQC setting.
- Salaried/Exempt: $80,000-87,000 annually, DOE
- Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
