- Required Work Experience: 4 years as General Manager of full-service, upscale, chef-driven concepts doing at least $5M in revenues, experience in private dining and heavy events businesses (off-site and on-site), Strong events background
- Required Skills: P&L mgmt, full operations oversight, staff training & development, technical service skills
- Preferred Work Experience: Chef-driven and/or upscale/fine dining concepts, independent restaurants, solid wine knowledge (sommelier plus)
- Personal Qualities: Strong leadership with focus on continuous staff development and training (service, wine/food knowledge, etc.), strong EQ, cultured and informed, ability to interact with diplomats/ ambassadors/world leaders,
