What You Would Be Doing
- Arranging and maintaining schedules of executives within the Early Learning line of service
- Arranging and scheduling department and interdepartmental meetings as appropriate
- Maintaining confidentiality of reports, records, and other sensitive information as required
- Creating and distributing correspondence as determined by department needs, including preparation and distribution of reports/data to appropriate personnel
- Processing and distributing invoices as appropriate
- Arranging travel for the executives
- Accepting and screening incoming phone calls for the executive as appropriate
- Managing logistics of departmental or other large scale meetings including invitation lists, RSVPs, seating charts, and caterers
- Processing and disseminating information between departments, internal staff, and the general public; maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Serving as a resource regarding applicable rules, regulations, and policies and procedures to department personnel
- Assisting in the development and monitoring of the department budget; maintaining financial records; ordering supplies and equipment
- Interpreting and explaining department procedures and policies to internal staff and the general public
- OHU program leaders work to provide warm and supportive leadership that flexes around your life as much as possible when needed

Education
- Associate's degree required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years' experience supporting a senior executive required

Salary : $2,500 - $50,000
