Job Title: Agile Coach/Trainer
Location: Plantation, FL Hybrid/ Flexible
Duration: 4-6 months, potential for extension
Job Description:
Jazwares is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Trainer to join our team in South Florida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully coaching and training teams in Agile methodologies. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable, and cultural fit and personality alignment with our dynamic team are equally important.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert Agile coaching and training to teams and stakeholders across various projects and departments.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Guide teams in adopting Agile practices and principles to enhance productivity, transparency, and collaboration.
- Assess the current Agile maturity level of teams and develop customized improvement plans.
- Mentor and support Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other Agile roles in their respective responsibilities.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement Agile frameworks tailored to organizational needs and culture.
- Act as a change agent to drive Agile adoption and mindset transformation throughout the organization.
- Continuously monitor Agile processes and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge sharing activities to promote Agile best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach/Trainer in a corporate environment, with demonstrable success in Agile transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and practical experience in their application.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), etc.) preferred.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred.
