Principal Duties and Responsibilities*:
- Maintain positive relationships with assigned customers.
- Receive customer orders, enter/validate, and track through internal systems and tools including ERP system. Also enter inventory item master information, change orders, and request for quotes.
- Partner with Production team to ensure product quantity and date availability meets customer’s needs.
- Communicate to all impacted parties when issues or delays arise and strive to resolve them immediately.
- Research and respond to customer inquiries. Capture them for visibility to the rest of the organization.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information in response to the customer.
- Receive customer feedback, including complaints and issues, track them, and assist in the resolution and communication back to the customer. Partner with internal team members as needed for resolution.
- Actively identify opportunities for improving customer relationships and Sales processes.
- Assist in marketing OSM’s services (e.g. send solicitation emails and promotional materials).
- Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities (e.g. phone coverage, invoicing, etc.).
- Assist in other areas as assigned e.g. Shipping, Doc Control etc.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copier/scanner, and filing cabinets. CS Representative will need to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Infrequent travel (<10%) is expected.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of sales/customer relations experience
- Experience working in an ISO 9001 Quality System is preferred.
