One to One Health was founded by a primary care physician to improve the delivery of health care. We are excited to be growing the business, with a focus on virtual care. Data is central to our expansion and will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing our ability to deliver high-value care that improves health while managing costs.
About the role:
Analysis and reporting are central to One to One’s clinical operations. You will be an integral member of the corporate team and support the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) and the VP of Strategy and Operations – delivering reports that capture performance and drive efficiencies. The role will focus on three areas. The first is client reporting, generating the periodic reports that highlight each program and clinic’s success. The second is supporting population health analytics, exporting clinical data to partnered software vendors. The third will be identifying operational improvements and supporting the creation of a central data warehouse, structuring disparate data sets into one cohesive repository that supports automation at scale.
You will draw on data derived from multiple Electronic Medical Record systems and third-party population health analytic tools, a patient engagement platform, and internal workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company during a pivotal phase in a role that blends report generation with legacy process optimization and the blue-sky creation of scalable data architecture.

- Experience with (or a desire to learn) MySQL, SQL, R, Tableau, Python
- Experience with (or a desire to learn) data architecture that supports above analytic tools
