One Willow is hiring for our upcoming 2024 Summer season and are looking for energetic, hardworking and personable host/hostesses to join our team. One Willow is an upscale casual seafood restaurant located on the water in Highlands NJ with sprawling views of the NYC skyline. We have a very strong and professional staff who strive for excellence in every service.
We are currently hiring Hosts/hostesses to begin work as soon as possible ahead of our summer season.
Job Responsibilities include: Exercising hospitality in the way of greeting guests, receiving calls and decimating restaurant information, and completing host/hostess duties that involve oversight of details, and achieving guest satisfaction. Must wear professional attire, must be willing to work on your feet for extended periods of time, & must be willing to collaborate/ work together on a regular basis.
Payment ranges based on experience, availability, and professionalism. Monthly review after start date will be conducted where employees are able to obtain a raise, based on work product.
