What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in operations, business management, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience in an MSP, IT services, or technical operations environment preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Someone who loves creating clarity and helping others succeed.
