Candidates must be flexible with their availability as this position sometimes requires tasks to be performed outside of normal office operations (Mon - Fri 9AM-4PM).

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stays via booking platforms and messaging systems
- Communicate with homeowners for individual and property needs as they arise
- Be a liaison between guests, owners, OneHometown Team Members, and the property manager
- Assist with coordinating cleanings, maintenance, and vendor schedules
- Perform routine property inspections and report any issues
- Monitor bookings, calendars, and guest requests
- Help manage supplies, restocking, and property readiness
- Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Assist with review management and follow-up communication
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Occasionally respond to urgent guest or property issues during business hours
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 3 years of experience in Property Management or using OwnerRez (preferred)
Licenses and Certifications
- Driver’s License (required)

Starkville, MS (must relocate before starting work)
