OneNebraska Federal Credit Union is looking for a bilingual, detail oriented, self-motivated, problem solver that enjoys helping people.
This position serves as a primary contact for our members and consists of providing information for our products and services, opening new accounts, taking deposits, assisting with withdrawals and helping facilitate the use of other products and services.
Must be available to work from 8:00AM - 5:30PM Monday - Friday and 8:30AM-12:30PM on Saturday
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Prior cash handling experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow policy and procedures
Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions
- Facilitate deposits, withdrawals and transfers
- Post loan payments
- Answer general account inquiries and provide account information
- Assist with member problem resolutions
- Develop working knowledge of all credit union products and services
- Provide appropriate account disclosures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.95 per hour
