Requirements
This position is for an entry level position starting in our bottom paint department. This job consists of sanding and bottom painting boats, helping in the gel bay with repairs and buffing, and occasionally cleaning boats after repairs.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify defects such as: cracks, blisters, stress fractures and cosmetic flaws.
- Lead employees within the fiberglass department for continued success.
- Estimate repair times, plan for materials, coordinate jobs with management
- Grind out defective areas, smooth rough edges/areas by using appropriate power or hand-tools.
- Prep fiberglass, resins, and damaged areas for repair.
- Shape and smooth edges to match contour properly.
- Buff and polish repaired surfaces.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required as customer service needs fluctuate
- Customer satisfaction, both internal and external
- Effective customer communication
- Technician efficiency/productivity
