The Ontario Airport Hotel and Conference Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor. Responsibilities:
- Supervise the front desk team, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient operations.
- Train and develop front desk staff to provide high-quality service and meet company standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with guests.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using hotel property management systems and reservation software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Availability: The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Schedules must accommodate fluctuating business demands
