Our team is looking for a Contracts Specialist to join them. You will report to the Contract & Compliance Manager and will have a hybrid (possibly remote) work schedule in Chatsworth, CA. To be considered for the Contracts Specialist role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: 5 years of contracts experience Microsoft Office proficiency As a Contracts Specialist, you will: Oversee contract workflow process to ensure adequate internal controls Accurately and efficiently report data Manage preparation, redlining, and execution of contracts Maintain contract templates and prepare documentation such as NDAs, Sales Agreements, and Amendments Assist in maintaining Agreements in the Contract Management portal Understand contract law, legal concepts, terms and conditions, legal requirements, negotiation process, and areas of risk for the company Identify key contract language clauses Analyze and monitor contracts for compliance with risk tolerance, regulations, and FAR/DFAR Contribute to the development of systems and processes that facilitate improved contract administration Work closely with all business units to ensure contract compliance with internal procedures Provide guidance to business teams and operations regarding areas of risk, contractual language, and existing contractual obligations Our Benefits: Group Life Insurance for all employees (terms differ between UK and US) Contributory retirement plans for all employees (up to 4% matched contribution in the US and up to 7.5% in the UK).
