Knowledge of reading and understanding blueprints and schematics. Working knowledge of PC and CMMS systems. Extensive mechanical skills and ability to work with hand and power tools. Leadership skills required.   Proficient with MicroSoft Office 365 and specifically with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams. Flexibility to work any work schedule to include nights and weekends. Troubleshooting skills for both mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to travel when job requires it. Ability to fabricate and fix mechanical parts.    Your Mission in Motion: Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.  Supervise employee work levels and review work performance.  Onboarding of new members, ensuring new members receive the appropriate training. Maintain team members recurrent training.  Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.  Maintaining all internal and external facilities and equipment for proper operations and safety concerns and adhering to the preventive maintenance program.  Accurately completing documentation applicable to machine and facility service, maintenance, and preventative maintenance.  Immediately responding to requests for attention to process and/or facility problems, which are affecting the operation throughput.  Maintaining and purchasing an adequate inventory of required spare parts, materials, and equipment for preventive and corrective maintenance purposes.  Implementing all maintenance projects and machinery installations, as defined by Management.  Obtaining and maintaining complete, proper, and up-to-date documentation applicable to machine and facility service, maintenance, and preventive maintenance.  Troubleshoots facility IT hardware (printers, scanners, PC, servers with assistance from helpdesk.  Enforces the teams’ proper inputs and usage of the company CMMS.  Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization. Hiring, Counseling, Disciplining, Performance Managing and Termination of employees as necessary. Ability to operate powered industrial trucks with proper training and certification.   Paving your way to your success: Thorough knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.  Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks.  Effective written and verbal communication skills.  Good problem-solving skills.  Ability to work independently, as a team member and as a leader.  Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate 24-hour operations.  Technical degree or certificate preferred.    Work Environment:    While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in a warehouse environment. The noise level is usually moderate.     Physical Demands:    While performing the duties of this job:    The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.   The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit and use of hands. The physical activity associated with this position is considered high.
