ICU nursing position at Onvida Health Yuma Medical Center
Focus on critical care with a patient ratio of 1 : 1 or 1 : 2
Common diagnoses include cardiac conditions and respiratory issues
Experience with a variety of critical ICU drips is required
Job Requirements
Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Experience with ventilators, sedation, and sepsis management
Ability to titrate drips and manage complex patient needs
Schedule Information
Shift : 6 : 45 AM - 7 : 15 PM
Self-scheduling with 4 requested days off in a 4-week period
Weekend requirement : 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks
Holiday requirement : 2 major holidays, only require Christmas day
Unit Specific Information
Charge Nurse not present on shifts
Patient Care Assistants available for support
Floating to other units may be required
