Digital Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage supplier campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Develop strategic campaign recommendations, leveraging a deep understanding of client needs.
- Oversee the creative process, working closely with both internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with Campaign Management to optimize campaign activation and performance.
- Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
- Partner with Measurement & Analytics to ensure accurate reporting and actionable insights.
- Support monthly billing processes, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Digital Account Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and collaborate across multifunctional teams.
- Experience in crafting media plan recommendations and executing detailed project management.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in advertising data and technologies.
