Qualifications:
- Meat processing experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience in the meat processing field) required
- 5 years of food processing experience in the meat industry as a supervisor is needed, as well as manufacturing knowledge and understanding of yields, plant efficiencies, and operations procedures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Inventory software
- Bilingual a plus
