Key Responsibilities
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements; lead month/year-end closes with reconciliations and analysis.
- Manage General Ledger, fixed assets, cost accounting, inventory, and compliance reporting (taxes, regulations).
- Support budgeting, forecasting, process improvements, and administrative projects.
- Assume advanced roles: Develop strategies, oversee treasury/cash flow/banking, implement controls, lead/mentor staff, optimize insurance/401(k), advise on HR/credit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred); 2 years experience, ideally manufacturing.
- Strong GAAP/Excel skills; analytical prowess; clear communicator for non-finance teams.
