Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Shift Lead at our Meridian, Idaho locations. The Shift Lead will supervise daily operations, support team members, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, maintaining food preparation standards, monitoring inventory levels, assisting in scheduling, and leading a positive and efficient work environment. The Shift Lead will also serve as the direct point of contact for resolving customer inquiries or concerns while ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including training, mentoring, and fostering a positive work culture
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities to ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve inquiries effectively
- Experience in food preparation, handling, and maintaining health and safety standards; attention to detail in maintaining product quality
- Time management, multitasking, and organizational skills to oversee shift operations effectively
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in the food service or quick-service industry is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in food handling or safety are a plus
