Responsibilities
- Support the product roadmap for customer experience and journey, with a focus on driving real-time, context-aware digital experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and engineering teams to enable seamless orchestration of personalized journeys in AJO.
- Define and prioritize features that power omnichannel experiences across app, web, and other digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business goals into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Map current-state and future-state customer journeys across digital channels, identifying opportunities for contextual engagement.
- Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst in AJO environments.
- Strong understanding of data structures, databases, values, quality, and flows; able to specify required data from internal/external systems for journeys.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
- Able to quickly learn the business and yearly roadmap; must adapt rapidly.
- Define enterprise use cases and prepare internal data for process flows.

- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
