What Sets Us Apart $1,000 sign-on bonus! (must be able to start employment within 3 weeks from interview date to qualify) Competitive pay based on time certified as a RBT with the BACB. Comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, holiday pay, health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), drive time reimbursement, and an uncapped $500 - $1,000 referral bonus program. Work 1 : 1 with clients, no group billing. Full-time center based schedules All supervision is done in person- never remote! Student analyst program - no costs & employment freedom Requirements Active RBT certification or 40 hour RBT training certificate of completion High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred (but not required). Relevant experience working with children and children with special needs preferred. Active driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Ability to pass a criminal background screening Ability to work FULL-TIME : Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 am & 6pm Passionate, enthusiastic, high-energy; You love life! You’re a lifelong learner whose behavior can be shaped Able to easily navigate within a clinic setting Ability to access our online video training platform by internet Ability to sit on the floor, stand, squat, reach and lift up to 50 lbs.
