The IT Coordinator position provides PC, technology and troubleshooting support throughout the entire organization. This role not only coordinates all aspects of software, hardware, and other services for remote employees, but also contributes to Technology logistics during our corporate conferences
This position is 70% remote, 30% on-site.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Deploy, configure, monitor, troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and services.
- Administer current and new user accounts for domain access, phones, emails, and other services or products.
- Experience with Microsoft Cloud, Azure, Teams, Exchange and Office 365
- Coordinate with vendors for repair, replacement, and maintenance of hardware, software, and Technology services.
- Utilize market research and competitive intelligence practices to make recommendations that enable the company to improve technology infrastructure.
- Support the technology department with day to day projects and tasks.
- Offer company-wide office support for all items related to technology.
Requirements include, but are not limited to the following:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support and/or remote set-up.
- Availability to travel to our conferences (with proper and valid travel documentation).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with and relate to all levels within and outside the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
