What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen supervisor position at Opal Sands Resort?
We are looking to add a Kitchen Supervisor to our team.

Responsibilities :
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
- Ensure correct plating and temperature of food
- Train kitchen staff on prep work and food plating techniques
- Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g.
in refrigerators)
Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
Qualifications :
- Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager or Lead Cook
- Knowledge of a wide range of recipes and standard kitchen procedures
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Conflict management abilities and critical thinker
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
- High School Diploma / GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience as lead cook or supervisor
