What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) position at Open Arms Adult Day Healthcare?
Implement all nursing and personal care services. Provide skilled nursing care. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, applicable laws and licensing requirements at all times. Responsible for performing initial and ongoing nursing assessments of participants. Monitor health problems, develop and implement nursing care plans. Act as a nursing consultant for the staff and will function as the primary liaison with the participant's physician.
Qualifications:
- Licensed with the CA Board of Registered Nursing
- Experience in working with frail and chronically ill adults.
- Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 2:00pm
