**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Access Control Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security systems and a passion for delivering high-quality services to our clients. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of access control systems, ensuring the safety and security of our facilities.
**Duties**
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot access control systems and perform field service and maintenance tasks to ensure the integrity of security systems.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to repair and replace components of access control systems.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Telecommunicate with team members and clients to coordinate maintenance and provide technical support.
- Install, configure, and test computer hardware and software components of our access control systems.
- Maintain and update records of maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades.
- Obtain and maintain the necessary certifications to work with access control systems.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our access control systems.
- Perform locksmithing tasks as needed to ensure the security of our facilities.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in the field of access control systems, with a focus on installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, as well as mechanical and electrical systems.
- Valid certification in access control systems or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
