Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through various lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, email campaigns, video, and social media outreach
- Nurture relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and pain points
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of our products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
- Stay current on market trends and competitor activity
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in sales development, business development or account development
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience using Salesforce CRM. Salesloft and Vidyard experience is a bonus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Base Salary - $50,000 ($24.03/hr) - $60,000 ($28.84/hr) and will be determined on experience and geographical location
