Airpark Collision is looking to add a Collision Service Representative who is self-motivated and has high personal goals and objectives to our family. We are looking for a skilled collision service representative to work with our team on vehicles in a fast-paced auto body shop environment. As a Collision Service Rep, you’ll be liaison for the customer and the insurance company to the shop. You will work with the estimator to properly process the repair through the shop. You will communicate with the customer and the insurance company repair status updates. Airpark Collision uses an industry leading production process that results in decreased cycle time and an overall better customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Liaison for the customer and insurance company
- Review estimates from the insurance company and the shops estimating staff
- Status updates for the customers
- Submit estimates and supplements to the insurance company
- Review and maintain accounts receivable for your vehicles
Requirements
Qualifications/Experience:
- Positive - Takes Initiative
- Outstanding customer service is priority
- Organizational skills are key in this role
- Strong computer skills
- Highly proficient in CCC One estimating and management is a plus but not required
- Attention to detail
- Team player with an energetic personality and great customer service attitude
- Must be 18 years or older
- This is a high paced position with lots of starting and stopping
