Service Advisor

Position Overview:

Helotes Collision is looking to add a Collision Service Representative who is self-motivated and has high personal goals and objectives to our family. We are looking for a skilled collision service representative to work with our team on vehicles in a fast-paced auto body shop environment. As a Collision Service Rep, you’ll be liaison for the customer and the insurance company to the shop. You will work with the estimator to properly process the repair through the shop. You will communicate with the customer and the insurance company repair status updates. 1st Choice Collision uses an industry leading production process that results in decreased cycle time and an overall better customer experience.

Work Environment:

You will be working within a team to complete high quality collision repairs. Your job is to make sure the customer is kept informed and well serviced through out the repair experience. You will communicate with the insurance company for repair approvals and payments. It is an office based position but you will be highly active making sure you have the information needed to properly complete your tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Liaison for the customer and insurance company
• Review estimates from the insurance company and the shops estimating staff
• Status updates for the customers
• Submit estimates and supplements to the insurance company
• Review and maintain accounts receivable for your vehicles

Qualifications/Experience:

• Positive - Takes Initiative
• Outstanding customer service is priority
• Organizational skills are key in this role
• 1 Years collision repair is an absolute must
• Strong computer skills
• Highly proficient in CCC estimating and management is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Team player with an energetic personality and great customer service attitude
• Must be 18 years or older
• Spanish speaker a plus
• This is a high paced position with lots of starting and stopping
