Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

Performs substance abuse and mental health counseling work on an individual client basis and in a group setting. Also provides evaluation, screening and assessment services. Responsible for servicing primary caseload along with other clients as assigned, and documenting in accordance with company standards.
Education And Experience
Master's degree or in a Master’s program in a related field of counseling, psychology, social work or human services with prior experience.
One years experience in counseling work in individual, family and group settings required.
