ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:
Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.
BENEFITS:
Entry level client serving position for individuals with limited counseling skills and/or experience. Involves responsibility for the health, safety, and security of clients assigned. Involves transportation of clients in an approved agency vehicle. Under appropriate supervision, may provide information and education to clients in a group setting. Provides 24-hour coverage during assigned shift.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
One (1) year experience in treatment, counseling education, or related field preferred.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS AND REGISTRATIONS:
Current Florida driver's license (Class D).
Must be cleared by PAR auto insurance carrier to operate PAR vehicles.
Must pass background and fingerprinting checks.
CPR, First Aid and HIV/AIDS training required every two years.
