Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

Uses time spent communicating with those in the hospital/community to assist in initiating treatment and engage patients in on-going treatment and recovery support. Provides educational resources, community resources and support to participants and their friends, family, and caregivers regarding overdose prevention, treatment for substance use disorder, and recovery support. Provides triage, screening and evaluation services to determine appropriate level of care. Is responsible for timely, professional documentation and data collection according to Operation PAR standards.

Education And Experience
- Associate's degree required
- Bachelor’s Level preferred
- One year of experience working in the field of behavioral health preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (CRPS) - full or provisional certification required within 6 months of hire
