What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper- Oak Island Accommodations position at Opportunities at Towne?
As the In House Housekeeper, you may look forward to:
- Guest and owner resolution
- Delivering needs to guests and owners during stays
- Prepare vendor cleaning bags/supplies
- Maintaining the highest standard regarding cleaning and upkeep of assigned properties
- Supporting operations staff as needed to provide exquisite service to homeowners and guests
- Cleaning properties as assigned
- Obeys all applicable Federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
You are a person that (required skills):
- Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Has working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Is able to work weekends and holidays
- Is able to work as a team
Physically you can anticipate to:
- Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
- Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
- Subject to internal and external environmental conditions
