Opportunity Works, Inc. embraces the Positive Behavioral Support culture. We are looking for you to join our team. This position provides ongoing support and supervision to adults with Developmental Disabilities in our day program. You will be developing and implementing developmental skills programs for those we support. Skills training focuses on fostering people’s independence, self development, and self esteem in areas including personal care skills, community integration and relationship development, and independent living skills. Our goal is to make the day of all those we support while working together in a positive, meaningful and supportive way.
Qualifications for this position include - a Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a van required. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Crisis intervention training (i.e. PABC) is favorable, CPR, First Aid and MAP certificates preferred - are willing to train.
