Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Promote professional development
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify educational needs
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to nursing staff
- Assist with orientation of new nursing staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of educational programs and staff participation
Requirements:
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Experience in staff development and education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
