We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a welcoming and informative experience. Please note this position is located full time in our Wilmington, NC location office.
What you have
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in an office or medical setting
- Experience using an EHR system preferred, but not required
- Medical office experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
What you’ll do
- Manage all front office functions including patient communication, check-in and check-out, scheduling, billing, patient questions and answering phones
- Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance
- Order lab work for patients
- Prep procedure rooms (including cleaning and handling syringes)
- Clean procedure rooms and bathrooms
- Stock and track inventory
- Travel up to 10% for training or development opportunities

Pay: $43,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
