Responsibilities:
Parts Associates provide excellent customer service at the Parts counter. The primary duties will include:
- Assisting customers in identifying and locating RV parts and accessories
- Providing detailed information and recommendations on parts, accessories, and related services
- Processing parts orders, including special orders and warranty parts
- Managing parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts
- Maintaining accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels
- Collaborating with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and maintenance
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Keeping the parts counter and showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Adhering to all safety protocols and company policies
- All other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a parts counter or similar customer service role, preferably in the automotive or RV industry
- Strong knowledge of RV parts, accessories, and systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to identify and locate parts using catalogs, computer systems, and other resources
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using parts management software and computer systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
