Duties & Responsibilties
- Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person, and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktop and laptop computers.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
- Set up and deploy new computers, laptops, and mobile devices for employees.
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions to enhance user experience and productivity.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on computer systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Perform hardware and software upgrades as required and maintain inventory of computer equipment and software licenses.
