To execute all aspects of processing a bi-weekly payroll.
Principal Accountabilities
- Process payroll checks, void checks, and manual checks.
- Enter employee additions/changes/terminations.
- Payroll tax administration.
- Vacation accrual administration.
- Employee deduction administration.
- Prepare payroll entries during close.
- Monthly wage reconciliation.
- Other duties as needed.
