The Idaho office manager is a front line position in our interactions with our guests. The core of this position is guest services and is best filled by someone who is passionate about hospitality. Our goal is to ensure guests have an outstanding experience at every interaction from booking their adventure to the follow up after the trip. This is a leadership position in this effort.
The office manager is the lead representative in Idaho interacting with guests prior to their trip. This person will answer phones to sell trips. They will call guests prior to trips to answer questions they may have. Finally this person will often be in the office when guests arrive in the morning for their trip to check them in, answer questions, ensure payment and that all paperwork is filled out.
This person is also the lead on ensuring the guides have all the guest information needed to run great trips. The office manager ensures all rosters are printed, that guests have supplied needed information and signed paperwork, and that the guides know anything they need to know about the guests to run a great trip.
This position answers to the Idaho Manager and the managing partner. Staff housing is available.

Idaho Office Manager specific needed skills
- Be a self-starter. This position requires the ability to operate with significant independence after initial goals and vision are provided.
- Experience in phone sales and/or customer service preferred. Be ready to offer a wonderful experience for folks who call to book trips.
- Comfortable with Microsoft TEAMS and office suite.
- Be organized. Work well in systems with the ability to have consistent daily systems to support other staff.
- Ability to drive a 12 or 15 passenger van if needed.
- Be good at working with fun loving, primarily 18-30 year old, river guides.
Salary : $13 - $16
