We are looking for impact players and difference makers that are focused, strategic, and hardworking. The Brand Marketing Manager is one who values Orbus’ success and has a strong desire for autonomy in managing the brand strategy and marketing programs of two business divisions – Fabric Images and Nimlok. This position is a marketer’s dream and offers the opportunity to collaborate with a fantastic team and manage a variety of marketing projects – digital and website projects, creative collateral projects, thought leadership and lead generation campaigns, email, social media, advertising programs event planning and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Role functions as brand and content manager/expert/owner for business division(s)
- Spearheads brand vision, marketing strategy and tactical plans
- Creates content for & drives campaigns in effort to grow, expand and remain competitive through building brand awareness, driving traffic to website, generating leads
- Manages, executes, and monitors a variety of projects/programs related to assigned brand/business division, including:
- Management, maintenance of annual strategic plan & program budget/expenses
- Creation, maintenance of tactical plans for Email, PR, social media, Video, Advertising (print/digital), Events
- Copywriting, editing of email communications, PR, social posts, brochure/catalog/collateral copy, product descriptions, web pages & sales tools
- Project manages team content/tool & asset creation for campaigns & new product introductions - collateral, digital assets, web pages, communications
- Monthly program metric data tracking & analysis for continual improvement of website(s) performance, SEO rankings, audience engagement with emails, media response to PR, audience engagement to social posts & ads, engagement at events & lead generation across programs
- Routine program analysis for improvements in tactics, messaging, calls to action, investments
- Research: Competitive research & industry trend monitoring
- Works with VP of Marketing to:
- Establish strategy, program budget, tactical plans & schedules
- Build brand equity
- Establish key takeaways from data & competitive analysis
- Conduct surveys, interviews to collect voice of customer for influence in program
- Plan and prioritize projects for support staff to design/create
- Drive and ensure excellent quality of team/self-deliverables
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Business Communications
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing preferred
- Adept at brand marketing with prior experience developing and executing a brand strategy to build brand equity
- Experience marketing to architects, interior designers, contract furnishing industry a PLUS
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, CRM
- Experience working in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator a PLUS
- Proficiency adding/editing content in website CMS
- Experiencing with Hub Spot, Marketing Automation a PLUS
