The selected candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of St. Charles, MO and will have the flexibility to work remotely from their home office but must be able to report to the St. Charles office as requested. Agent should expect to hit the road daily traveling locally and/or throughout the state of Missouri. In the future, candidate must also be able to travel to Kansas based on project requirements. Expenses and mileage reimbursed based on travel needs.
What you will be doing:
As a Right of Way Agent, you will provide land acquisition and relocation services, per project guidelines and regulations, for federally funded road projects and private utility companies throughout the right-of-way project lifecycle in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team. This includes preparing complex real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way. You will be responsible for performing general administrative work including but not limited to preparing legal documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with customers, customer service and related functions.

- Active Missouri Real Estate License
- License must be hung with ORC*
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Dropbox

- Valid Driver’s License
