Orchard Park Veterinary Center (OPVMC) is a premier 24/7 veterinary hospital.
The Client Services department is searching for candidates to join our team. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients and getting them checked in/out
- Answering and directing phone calls and client inquiries
- Scheduling appointments according to our guidelines
- Processing invoices and payments
- Creating and upkeeping client/patient accounts and records
- Detailed documentation
- Providing top-tier client services!

The full-time position will entail 4 10-hour shifts, which will include one weekend shift. We are currently seeking mid-day/evening team members. Incentivizing shift differentials are offered during non-regular working hours.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
