Compensation Range: This is a commission-only position. The average full-time fully ramped Team Lead earns $120k-200k per year.. There is no cap on earnings.
We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:
- An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and are located in Houston, TX
- 3 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
- 2 years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
- A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral
