Bubba is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our excellent team!
The right applicant will have at least 1 year of front of house leadership experience in a full service restaurant. A positive leadership style and a guest centered approach to hospitality.
This full-time position will be responsible for running a smooth shift, ensuring a great guest experience and exceeding their expectations while handling all guest and employee relations during a shift. Must be available nights and weekends.
Benefits available include matched 401K, health, dental & vision insurance and paid time off.
Salary $45,000 - $50,000 or DOE
