What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at ORDNER CONSTRUCTION?
This position will be based in the St. Pete area at a new regional office. The corporate office is location in the Atlanta, GA area.
35 year old commercial general contractor looking for an experienced project manager.
Project manager will
Oversee the project from project award to closeout
Will be involved in some preconstruction
Create and maintain the schedule for each project
Process change orders
Handle RFI and submittal process
Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
Degree or 10 commercial general contractor project manager experience is required. Degree preferably in construction or engineering.
Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience required.
Some estimating maybe required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
