Position Overview:
To provide fast, efficient, and courteous service to our patrons. Keep a spotless working environment, know and use our steps of service and contribute to a working environment fueled by teamwork.
Essential Functions:
- Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Keeping Breakfast Buffet stocked
- Providing excellent product knowledge and answering any menu-related queries
- Bussing tables, cleaning, and ensuring a tidy dining area
- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and resolving any issues with utmost professionalism
- Upholding high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
