Oregon Spice Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin. This position plays a crucial role in supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel on a daily basis. This includes inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate records related to production, inventory, and other operational activities.

    • Printing Paperwork/Labels: Utilize software programs such as Bartender and Clarisoft to print paperwork, labels, and other necessary documents as required by production and shipping departments.

    • Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels, including conducting regular inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, and generating reports to support inventory control efforts.

    • Software Proficiency: Utilize various software programs, including Microsoft NAV (ERP system), Bartender (label design software), and Clarisoft (label printing software), to perform daily tasks efficiently.

    • Meeting Attendance: Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and assist in coordinating schedules and logistics for meetings and appointments.

    • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments, including filing documents, answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with special projects as needed

    • Other duties as assigned/needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data entry tasks. Experience with other Microsoft Office applications is also preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork printing tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with software programs such as Microsoft NAV, Bartender, and Clarisoft is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
