Summary of Role
The Executive Partner functions within the senior level in the organization and works closely with the specific Executive Officers to drive and deliver results in support of strategic priorities and department operations. This role will provide direct support to CROPP’s Executive Vice President of Sales as well as their senior leadership teams. 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Facilitates and drives forward the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and business priorities to best support Executive Officers (as assigned)
o Ensures proper priorities and goals are focused and executed on to drive department results within set timelines.
o Monitor information flow, ensuring executive involvement in a project or decision-making process is at the right time.
o Works with senior leadership and team members to identify and deliver on business process improvement initiatives.
o Synthesizes data, defines tasks, defines necessary resources, develops recommendations and reviews findings with Executives and business leadership.
o Demonstrates expertise within their functional business area.
o Regularly thinks proactively, anticipates needs and recommends or delivers solutions. 
o Ability to lead and influence people by collaborating with senior leadership to assist and direct appropriate focuses of departmental work.
o Coordinates and drives cross-collaboration and alignment across varying levels within the organization. 
o Prepares and reviews timely and confidential information including, reports, communications, presentations, contracts, strategic reports, analyses, briefs, and other correspondence for Executive Officers.
o Plans, executes, and facilities effective and purposeful meetings to ensure continuity and follow-through of strategic and departmental planning. 
o Maintains strict confidentiality and uses the utmost diplomacy and tact in dealing with sensitive issues.  
o Manages schedules, agendas, facilitation, meeting follow ups and prioritizes meetings to ensure proper priorities and goals are focused on to drive department results. 
o Effectively coordinates, plans and manages large department events and cross-functional processes. 
 
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
o Steps in as proxy for executive in meetings when needed.
o Conducts research and compiles summaries on a wide range of topics as needed.
o Actively participates in other special projects and cross functional teams as needed and as assigned.
o Other duties as assigned by supervisor. 
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
o Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred, with minimum 5 years related experience required.
o Previous supervisory experience highly preferred and recommended.
o Understanding of Cooperative principles and CROPP’s mission preferred.
o Aptitude to articulate executive vision, direction, and verbal/written communication for internal and external audiences.
o Exhibits leadership skills and behaviors to maintain credibility, trust and support with Senior Level Executives and their departmental teams.
o Ability to develop relationships to collaborate effectively with other cross-functional teams, external contacts and partners required.
o Must be flexible and demonstrate ability to handle changing priorities.
o Must demonstrate the ability to work and effectively and communicate cross functionally across all business areas within the organization.
o Must be well organized with strong attention to detail.
o Must have the ability to handle a diverse workload, frequent interruptions, multiple tasks, and deadlines as well as executing on projects for multiple people.
o Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
o Strong technical competency in MS Office is required.
o Ability to meet deadlines.
o Ability to handle and manage confidential information in an appropriate and professional manner.
o Demonstrate excellent discretion, judgment, and tact within an Executive level environment.
o Demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support. 
o Exhibits sound judgment and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction.
o Ability to travel as needed up to 15% of the time.

Base salary range: $64,729 - $82,440 per year
This salary range is exclusive of fringe benefits. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses. If you are hired at CROPP, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that entry-level candidates to this role should expect to be at the lower end of the salary range, and hiring at the maximum of the salary range is not typical.
