Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K and other applicable filings.
- Support key components of SEC filings, including earnings releases, investor presentations, and proxy-related disclosures, as well as related tie-outs and supporting schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual GAAP disclosure checklists to support compliance with GAAP requirements.
- Prepare monthly stock-based compensation journal entries and maintain supporting schedules, including tracking of equity awards, related activities and dividends.
- Prepare monthly equity roll forward schedules, including share activity tracking and share reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly earnings per share calculations and related supporting schedules.
- Participate in efficiency improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and update documentation for key tasks, procedures, and best practices.
- Utilizes financial reporting and accounting systems, including Workiva, PeopleSoft, Blackline, and IBS.
- Perform ad-hoc projects which require a fundamental accounting knowledge.

Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from accredited four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance or a related filed; Accounting preferred.
- At least two years of accounting, audit or financial reporting experience. At least one year of public accounting experience preferred.
- CPA or CPA-track preferred
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced reporting environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering accurate and timely work
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- High standards of professional ethics and integrity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
